Your wedding day is as special to us as it is to you. Alot of work goes into organising things to run smoothly from car hire, wedding venue, reception, menu, cake, flowers, suit hire, the wedding dress, makeup, bridesmaids, ushers, honeymoon and of course the wedding photographer.

How do you choose the right one?

It is our opinion that you should first look at ability and skill, personality and then price. Your wedding photographs will be something you treasure for many years - the cake and car are gone within the day!. You will want to ensure then, that the photos are up to scratch.

Also can you get on with your photographer? Some photographers are so het up in creating the right image that they forget that the wedding day is about YOU! Meet your photographer and discuss with him your requirements.

Finally, price! Obviously, this is important but you generally get what you pay for in life and that also goes for wedding photography. However, having said that, sometimes you can pay over the odds. Look for a photographer that is neither too cheap nor too expensive. That decision, however, is entirely down to you.

So what do you get?

Wedding photography coverage from about an hour or two before your wedding ceremony to just after the speeches and/or 1st Dance. We usually take in the region of 300 - 400 digital photographs with a mix of traditional, formal, and informal candid (people) shots of your guests enjoying their day with you. In addition the "standard' wedding photos we take care to photograph the detail, such as the dress, veil, tiara, bouquets, button holes, cake, table decorations - just about anything that looks good!

After your wedding we will transfer the photos to DVD and provide this on your return from your honeymoon. You will use this to preview all the images and select the images for your album - more about that later!
